Refund & cancellation policy

SRI Connect is a free app. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid downloads through the app itself. Therefore:

No refunds apply for app download — the app is free on Google Play.
SkyRaptor membership fees, property bookings, or shop orders (if any) are governed by separate company agreements and are not processed through Google Play billing.
If you uninstall the app, your member account remains on the website unless you request account closure.

For membership or business payment disputes, contact support@skyraptorint.com with your SR code and transaction details.

Account deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, email support@skyraptorint.com from your registered email with subject “Account deletion request”. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
