These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SRI Connect app and SkyRaptor member portal. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
You must be a registered SkyRaptor member with a valid SR code or authorised admin account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
You retain ownership of content you upload (messages, photos, etc.). You grant SkyRaptor a licence to host, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for content you share.
Inventory, network, commission, and related data are provided for member business purposes. Figures are subject to company policies and official records on the portal.
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control may cause downtime.
SkyRaptor logos, app design, and portal content are owned by SkyRaptor International Pvt Ltd. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
The app and portal are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not required by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyRaptor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may terminate or restrict access if you breach these Terms or if your membership ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
