This Privacy Policy describes how SkyRaptor International Pvt Ltd (“SkyRaptor”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the SRI Connect mobile application and related member services at skyraptor.org and skyraptorint.com.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Account data: SR member code, name, email, phone, password (stored hashed), blood group (optional, for ID card), profile photo.
• Chat data: Messages, media you send, reactions, read status, and conversation metadata stored on our servers and cached on your device.
• Device data: Device identifier for push notifications and session security, app version, and notification preferences.
• Location (optional): Only when you use features that require it (e.g. visit logging). We do not track location in the background without your action.
• Contacts (optional): Only if you choose to pick contacts for chat; we do not upload your full address book without your action.

3. How we use information

• Authenticate members and provide chat, profile, ID card, inventory, and network features.
• Deliver notifications for new messages when enabled.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• Improve reliability and support members who contact us.

4. Legal basis (where applicable)

We process data to perform our contract with members, with your consent (e.g. optional permissions), and for legitimate interests such as security and service improvement.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Hosting and email providers that help operate our services.
• Other members, only as needed for chat and network features you use.
• Authorities when required by law.

6. Retention

Account and chat data are kept while your membership is active and as needed for legal, audit, or dispute purposes. You may request deletion subject to applicable law and business records requirements.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and industry-standard practices. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@skyraptorint.com. Indian users may also have rights under applicable local law.

9. Children

SRI Connect is intended for registered SkyRaptor members aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
